Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

Bilateral ovarian lesions containing fat, calcifation and solid soft tissue density elements - typical findings for ovarian dermoids.  The larger left sided lesion contains intra lesional fluid and there is free fluid in the pelvis.  In the context of acute pelvic pain, left ovarian torsion is the most likely diagnosis.
