Findings was changed:

The MRI sequences demonstrate a well-defined lobulated right laterouterineadnexal mass, measuring (12x11x7.5 I'm), displaying an iso-to slightly high signal to the myometrium on T1WI, low signal with areas of high signal on T2WI with restricted diffusion on DWI/ADC. The post

First trimester pregnancy.   

Post contrast sequences were not performed (pregnant patient).

Minimal effusion is seen in Douglas pouch.

MRI exam performed two months after complete surgical resection of the right ovarian mass.

No residual mass or recurrence seen in the right laterouterineadnexal region.
