Normal acromioclavicular and glenohumeral joint.
Focal consolidation in the right upper lobe.

Focal consolidation peripherally in the right upper lobe, consistent with a round pneumonia.
Heart size normal. Left lung clear.
Case Discussion
A good example of round pneumonia - these typically occur in the pediatric population.
This case was interesting as the child presented with referred shoulder pain from the right upper lobe pneumonia abutting the pleural surface.
