Right side neck swelling of insidious onset. No fever or pain.

Papillary thyroid cancer

There is a relatively well-defined hypoechoic solid nodule seen at the right thyroid lobe. The nodule shows microcalcifications and internal vascularity. Right side cervical lymph nodes are seen showing microcalcifications.
This lesion shows high suspicion pattern according to the American Thyroid Association (ATA) guidelines and classified as TR5 according to ACR TI-RADS scoring system.
Case Discussion
Fine needle aspiration was done and histopathology revealed papillary thyroid cancer for which the patient undergone hemithyroidectomy.
