46 year old Haitian male with history of alcohol abuse and recurrent pancreatitis. Patient was complaining of 5five days of right upper abdominal pain and found to have mildly elevated lipase levels 136 U/L (normal range 16-58 U/L). The imagining findings are highly suggestive of paraduodenal pancreatitis (groove pancreatitis).
