Pelvic digits

Pelvic pain. Incidental finding on CT scan of the pelvis.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

There is a well-corticated finger like bony protuberance (pelvic digit) with pseudoarticulations arising adjacent to the right acetabulum extending anteriorly and another similar bony projection arises from the right ischial tuberosity and projecting inferiorly.

L5 first degree lytic spondylolithesis.
