Case Discussion

This is a case of incidental peri-renal lucency, also known as the kidney sweat sign detected on bedside ultrasound in a patient with end-stage kidney failure. The following ultrasound images demonstrate the presence of an extra-capsular hypoechoic rim, which is hypothesized to be peri-nephric fluid collection based on past literature.
