Arising from the posterior limb of the right adrenal gland is a 64×60×43mm well-defined mass with heterogeneous enhancement. Its attenuation value on PVP and delayed post-contrast images measured 107HU and 53HU respectively. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures.

Path proven case of pheochromocytoma in a patient with hypertension crises. Pheochromocytomas are an uncommon tumor of the adrenal gland, with characteristic clinical, and to a lesser degree, imaging features.
