Presentation
Present to GP with persistent mass in the anteromedial soft tissue of the left lower leg. Previous fall with extensive bruising in the area 3 months ago. Clinically firm mass over the tibia and very slight cutaneous discolouration. ? hematoma.

Ultrasound shows a pretibial irregular solid subcutaneous mass with peripheral vascularity. No hematoma seen.
Case Discussion
A core biopsy was performed to excluded malignancy and a histology returned was a granuloma annulare. This has been interpreted as a post traumatic granuloma.
