Well defined non-calcified nodule at the anterior segment of right upper lobe with a single feeding arterial branch derived from the right upper lobe pulmonary artery and a single draining vein seen merging with the right superior pulmonary vein (Pulmonary(pulmonary AVM - simple type).

Incidentally aberrant right subclavian artery and enlarged thyroid gland.
