Gradually, developed, decrease in hearing bilaterally with voice changes. No history of any surgery is provided.

Relapsing polychondritis

Diffuse calcifications are noted involving external ears, thyroid, cricoid, tracheal, and bronchial cartilages. No definite luminal narrowing of the trachea or main bronchi is seen.
A note is made of left maxillary osteoma.
Case Discussion
Clinical presentation of the patient and CT findings are most likely suggestive of of relapsing polychondritis as described above.
