Renal cell carcinoma with extension into the IVC

A large heterogenously enhancing mass is noted at lower portion of right kidney, accompanied by perinephric fat stranding and dilated collateral vessels at pararenal spaces. The mass is extends into the right renal vein and then into the intrahepatic IVC.
At imaged portion of thorax, multiple nodule opacities are seen at both lungs.
