Presentation

Chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Surgical clips in the right hemithorax with associated volume loss and midzone pleuroparenchymal thickening in keeping with a prior right lower lobectomy. The right hemidiaphragm is raised. Lungs are clear. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. No subdiaphragmatic free air. Cardiomediastinal contours are normal. No bone lesion.

The patient had a history of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and right lower lobectomy.
