Ultrasonography is the most sensitive tool for the diagnosis of thea bladder calculus when the size is >3mm;3 mm 1.

Sometimes a calculus in the vesicoureteric junction may be difficult to diagnose from thea bladder calculus, in. In such casecases, changing the position of the patient is mandatory. If the calculus is seen rolling in therolls along the inner wall of the bladder to the dependent portion it is, this has been referred to as the “rolling stone sign” which suggestive of vesical calculusbladder calculus.

Findings was changed:

There is a focal echogenic structure with posterior acoustic shadow in the left vesicoureteric junction area. The echogenic structure appears to roll inrolls along the inner inner bladder wall bladder to the dependent portion, whilewhen changing the position of the patient.
