No fracture or dislocation identified.

 

Case Discussion

Scaphotrapeziotrapezoidal (STT) arthritis is a cause of radial wrist pain and is commonly seen on radiographs. STT arthritis is commonly associated with degenerative change at the first carpometacarpal joint.
