Slow flow venous malformation of foot

Presentation

30 / M. Multiple ( 7 lesions ) descrete swellings in right foot - 2 - 3 yrs. P/H/O similar swelling in right leg which was excised. HIstopatholgy of that lesion was cavernous haemangioma.

Case Discussion

All the lesions were seperate from each other. Heel lesions were on medial aspect. One lesion was involving great toe with extension into 1st wed space. Two lesions are on planter aspect of mid and forefoot.

All of them were in sucutaneous plane with / without deep extension.

Phleboliths were noted in few of them.

Vascularity was present in all of them.

Surgically all lesions were removed.
