  • Incarcerated right femoral hernia causing a distal small bowel obstruction. There is adjacent free fluid noted.   

  • Some of the proximal small bowel is thickened suggesting possible early ischaemia. No evidence of pneumatosis intestinalis.  
  • Infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm with mural thrombus, measuring 4.9 cm in axial dimension.
