Soft tissue haemangioma

Left side of frontal region nodular swelling - Many yrs. USG for swelling.

Patient Data

Age: Young male
Gender: Male

Well-defined ovoid lesion is seen in region of interest.

 Size       - 21 x 18 x 5 mm

 Location - Subcutenous plane.

                 Abutts muscle but seperate from it.

                 No bone erosion is noted.

 Morphology - Solid - NO calcification / cystic changes.

  Dopplar     - Significant flow in noted in lesion.

                 - A artery is noted entering and exiting the lesion.

Surgical excision - Histopathology - Haemangioma.
