50 years-old man with a painfulPainful mass in lower left rib.
Body was changed:

Solitary bone plasmacytoma: the thoracic vertebrae are most commonly involved, followed by lumbar, sacral, and cervical vertebrae. The rib, sternum, clavicle, orand/or scapula isare involved in around 20~20% of cases.

This case was discussed in a multidisciplinary meeting where the diagnosis was announced.

Findings was changed:

A rounded mass is demonstrated within the left chest wall associated with a focal destruction of the 6th rib. The lungs and pleural spaces appearare clear.
