Alteres matricAltered matrix of the opposing parts of LV1 and LV2 vertebral bodies displaying T1 hypo- and T2 hyper-intensehyperintense signals. This is associated with irregular (eroded) opposing end plates, narrowing of LV1/2 disc with central T2 hyper-intensehyperintense focus lacking a central nuclear cleft, Intra-spinal extra-dural spindle shaped-shaped soft tissue component extending from the superior end plate of LV1 to the inferior end plate of LV2 compressing the anterior thecal aspect and bilateral para-vertebralparavertebral soft tissue componenetscomponents also seen infiltrating the medial aspect of psoas muscle on both sides. 

After contrast administration, the involved parts of the vertebral bodies, the intervertebral disc and the involved extra-osseous components showed homogenous enhancement.
