Presentation was changed:
Acute onset of severe chest pain and dyspnea dyspnoea. No history of smoking or familial disease.
Body was changed:

Spontaneous PneumoThoraxpneumothorax with no definite cause occurs with high possibility of recurrence.

Possibility of Cysticcystic fibrosis should be excluded.

Attention must be given for such patientpatients, especially if developedthey develop any chest pain. 

Management:- 

INTER-COSTAL CHEST TUBE or even THORACOSCOPY are advised for further evaluation and excision of the belbs or other possible lung tears.
