Stab injury to skull vault with a signature fracture and underlying large intraparenchymal hematoma.

Volume rendered images clearly reveal the injury.

Case Discussion

This patient was stabbed in the head with a knife, resulting in a focal fracture and extensive intraparenchymal haemorrhage.
