A small (1 cm) midline nasopharyngeal well circumscribed lesion of fluid signal is noted.
Prominent cortical sulci and extra-axial CSF spaces (mild age-related involutional changes).
Case Discussion
Incidentally seen small well circumscribed cystic lesion situated between the longus colli muscles is consistent with a Tornwaldt cyst. Tornwaldt cysts are asymptomatic unless infected or complicated.
