Patient Data
CT shows defect at mesocolon with protrusion of small bowel loops through the defect. Herniated small bowel loops are hypoperfused, small bowel mesentery with fat stranding. Afferent small bowel loops distended with air-fluid levels.
Final: Transomental internal hernia complicated by small bowel obstruction and strangulation
