Antenatally known transposition of the great arteries.

Antenatally-known transposition of the great arteries. No cardiomegaly and relatively normal lungs without plethora or edema.

Case Discussion

While transposition does often present with pulmonary plethora on early radiographs, this case demonstrates that this is not always the case.

Transposition confirmed antenatally and postnatally with echocardiography.
