Unilateral pulmonary artery atresia

Dyspnea, fatigue and repeated attacks of chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 32 years old
Gender: Female

Dilated pulmonary trunk and right main pulmonary artery while the left pulmonary artery is absent. Right side aortic arch as well as wide patent ductus arteriosus are other findings. The left lung is hypoplastic and supplied by bronchial and intercostal vessels.

Congenital absence of left pulmonary artery with other structural anomalies as detailed.
