The right ureter is normally, traceable, up to the UV junction.

The urinary bladder is normally opacified through the right ureter.

Both kidneys are unremarkable.

Case Discussion

CT features along with the recent history of surgery are suggestive of iatrogenic left-sided ureteric injury with a large urinoma formation.
