Presentation
Chief complaints of Severe right-side abdominal pain since today afternoon, passing red color urine last 2 to 3 days. Plenty of RBCs are noted in the urine analysis.

A ureteric stone was noted in the right middle third measuring about 19x10mm, causing right moderate hydroureteronephrosis.

KUB X-ray shows a heterogeneous calcified shadow is noted just inferiorly to the right transverse process of the L4 (arrows)
Case Discussion
This patient had a history of right hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction managed conservatively, but with no benefit.
