Bilateral symmetrical inter and intralobular septal thickening associated with architectural distortion traction bronchiactasisbronchiectasis and honeycombing with more seversevere involvement toward the lung bases. There is mild to moderate esophagealoesophageal dilatation and small hitushiatus hernia. Mild enlargement of the medistinalmediastinal lymph nodes are seen.
