Complete septate uterus

There are two uterine cavities with a flat contour of the fundus, separated by a hypointense septum that extends to the cervix .
Case Discussion
Features on MRI are consistent with a complete septate uterus, which is a common type of congenital uterine anomaly, and it may lead to an increased rate of infertility.
A septum is considered complete if it extends to either the internal or external cervical os.
A partial septum, the subseptate uterus, involves the endometrial canal but not the cervix.
