Right sided vocal cord adduction in patient with bilateral lung apical TB changes with cavitation  

Case Discussion

The patient has voice changes and clinically diagnosed as right sided cord paralysis. the axial images showing adduction of right sided vocal cord. and the coronal images showing bilateral apical lung changes with cavitations compatible with patient known condition of lung TB
