Intraalveolar haemorrhage may be seen as hazy hazy consolidation or ground-glass infiltrates in the lung parenchyma.
Pulmonary vascular tumour invasion is usually seen as peripheral areas of ground glass around neoplastic (either primary or metastatic lesions) 4
