Left temporal mass with a higher T1 / T2 signal periphery and lower T1 / T2 signal center. Mild peripheral post-contrast enhancement.

Immunohistochemistry: SYNAPT+, NEU-N+, CHROMO-, GFAP intermingling cell processes, KI-67 low.
