Presentation
Right pelvic pain with a palpable mass.
Patient Data
Large lobulated pelvic mass of right paravesical location, eliciting an isosignal to muscles on T1, intermediate signal on T2 and STIR with central necrosis and restricted diffusion of the solid component. The postcontrast sequences show a heterogeneous enhancement. Multiple ipsilateral iliac (common, internal and external) and inguinal lymphadenopathy are noted. The urinary bladder is compressed and displaced to the left as well as compression of the distal right ureter with proximal hydroureter.
Case Discussion
Large heterogeneously enhancing right pelvic mass with ipsilateral iliac and inguinal lymphadenopathy, pathologically proven as anaplastic large cell lymphoma ALK-positive subtype.
