Left frontotemporal large developmental venous anomaly seen draining into a large collector vein, large superficial cortical vein, and the superior sagittal sinus.
The course of the draining large superficial cortical vein is reasonable to be the vein of Trolard.
Case Discussion
Here is a case of a developmental venous anomaly, one of the congenital malformations of the cerebral venous system. In spite of commonly being an incidental finding, it was postulated to be the cause of this patient's complaint.
