Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
mri

Cystic extra-axial lesion in the left middle cranial fossa measuring 3.6 x 4 x 8.2 cm, following CSF signal on all sequences and extending upward though the Sylvian fissure to indent the left temporal, parietal and frontal lobes. The lesion does not show restricted diffusion, blooming on SWI or postcontrast enhancement. No midline shift.
