Large diverticulum along mid-CBD, measuring approx. 33 x 42 x 35mm. Multiple tiny calculi are seen in its dependent part. Suspicious tiny calculi are seen in distal CBD. Proximal CBD / CHD are dilated, measuring approx—12 mm in maximum diameter.
No obvious intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation is seen in the present scan.
Cystic duct insertion is not well visualized.
The gall bladder is distended with no obvious calculi/wall thickening or pericholecystic edema.
Case Discussion
The findings are suggestive of type 2 choledochal cyst.
