Patient Data
Well-defined polypoid mass arising from the right maxillary sinus and extending into the nasopharynx through an enlarged maxillary ostium in keeping with an antrochoanal polyp.
Deviated nasal septum to the right with a bony spur arising from the right side of the nasal septum and forming a contiguous bridge with the inferior nasal turbinate.

Antrochoanal polyp (ACP) is a solitary sinonasal polyp that arises within the antrum of the maxillary sinus and passes through and enlarges the sinus ostium and posterior nasal cavity at the level of the choana.
