Right femoral neck fracture is noted.
Two rounded lucencies with thin sclerotic rim are noted in left femoral neck.

Right femoral neck is the suspected pathology for which radiograph was done.
There is an incidental finding of two herniation pits in left femoral neck. It is one of the don't touch lesions.
