Young adult female presents with progressive breathlessness.

The scout view shows hyperinflated lungs with coarse thickened reticular markings.

On lung windows there are numerous thin-walled cysts involving the entire lung bilaterally.

Prominent abdominal lymphadenopathy in the left iliac region with cystic areas.
