Presentation

Long-standing left abdominal dull aching pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Faint calcified ovoid shadow is seen in the left hypochondrial region.

A well-defined ovoid cyst with thin wall is seen in the left upper abdominal quadrant. It is related to the upper zone of the left kidney. It raises the possibility of being left adrenal cyst rather than renal cyst.

Case Discussion

After laparoscopic excision and histopathological examination this suprarenal cyst is proved to be lymphangioma.
