There is a mixed solid calcific mass in the posterior chamber of the left eyeball.The soft tissue component demonstrates enhancement. It appears confined within eyeball. No definite extension identified in the retro orbital space.
The right orbit is normal.
Case Discussion
Retinoblastoma is the commonest malignant intraocular childhood tumor. 95 % occur before the age of 5 years. The average age at the time of diagnosis is 13 months.
