Unilocular cystic bony thin walled lesion involving the alveolar margin of maxillary process in the midline with a supernumerary tooth lying in the floor of the cyst. The bony lesion is seen arising in close relation to the root of the central incisors.
Case Discussion
Fallen tooth lying inside a unilocular expansile cyst is typical of dentigerous cyst. Usually tend to be seen with either unerupted or supernumerary teeth, most commonly encountered around the third molars.
