Increased lucency in the region of the greater tuberosity of humerus mimicking a lytic lesion.

Case Discussion

Pseudocyst of the humerus is due to the increased cancellous bone in the region of the greater tuberosity of the humerus and is seen as a lucent lesion on radiography. It should not be mistaken for a lytic lesion.
