Anatomical neck of humerus fracture

There is a minimally displaced transverse fracture through the anatomical neck of the right humerus. The right glenohumeral joint is anatomically aligned. Degenerative change at the right AC joint. Surgical clips projected over the base of the neck.
Case Discussion
Most humeral neck fractures are through the surgical neck, whereas this uncommon fracture is through the anatomic neck.
