Moderately dilated left fallopian tube, filled with fluid signal. No restriction on DWI/ADC. No enhancing nodules. This is coupled with milder similar changes on the right side.
Normal size, shape and signal of the uterine body and cervix. Endometrial thickening (10mm). No areas of restriction on DWI/ADC.
A small posterior subserous fibroid is noted.
Case Discussion
In this case, bilateral hydrosalpinx is incidentally noted, larger on the left side.
