Multiple mixed sclerotic lucent expansion of the ribs and clavicles. Some of the right sided ribs have a fusiform appearance.
Heart size normal. Lungs clear.

Several yr prior undertaken for trauma
Expansile mixed sclerotic and lucent lesions in both femoral necks and along the full length of the left femur.
Additional lesions in the pelvis.
Case Discussion
This patient has polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. This was part of her known McCune Alright syndrome.
