Moderately hydronephrotic upper moiety of the right duplex kidney.
There is right ureterocele continued cranially by dilated ureter.
Case Discussion
According to Weigert-Meyer law, with a duplex kidney and complete ureteral duplication, the upper and lower moieties are drained by separate ureters. The upper renal moiety has an ectopic insertion medial and inferior to the lower pole moiety ureter and frequently ends in a ureterocele as in the current case.
