Exaggerated external occipital protuberance (occipital spur). No lesion is seen at infra-or supratentorial regions. Normal size and configuration of the ventricular system.
Case Discussion
Occipital spur is an anatomical variant, that represents an exaggerated external occipital protuberance. Usually discovered incidentally on skull x-ray, although it may be painful especially while lying down.
