Central endplate depression is seen in the dorsal spine giving H-shaped vertebrae.
No detectable focal lung lesion.
Case Discussion
The shape of vertebral bodies (H - shaped vertebrae) due to microvascular endplate infarction can be seen in Gaucher disease and sickle cell disease as in this case.
